WEIMER RESIDENCE
This home, on a southeast-facing corner near Greenlake in Seattle, had been handsomely updated inside and out--except for the parking strips. The south parking strip had been used as extra parking for cars and trucks, so the soil there was compacted. In addition to soil improvement, the new plan included paths and a blend of sun-loving plants and trees.
